Tambai Alley

Tambai Alley is a yakitori bar on Felipe St where half the point is standing outside with a beer. Plastic stools, smoke off the grill, people spilling into the alley. Cheap and easy, and nobody's checking what you're wearing.

Skewers off the grill are the whole idea, cooked in front of you and gone in two bites. Beer is cold and cheap, with craft beer if you want a step up. Order in rounds and keep going.

Young barkadas, office people who came straight from work, and expats who live nearby. One of the most relaxed places in Poblacion.
